Shipping policy
1. Once an order is received, products will be shipped within 2 to 5 days and then delivered within 5 to 10 working days. The delivery timeline provided at the time of placing the order is only an estimate. Delays maybe caused due to availability of the ordered item, serviceability to the delivery address by the third party courier, and other factors. However, we will try to keep you posted each and every step of the way right from packaging of the order to delivery of the order. However, if we are not able to inform you regarding any shipping delay for whichever reason we will not be liable to pay any compensation of any kind. You can always follow up with our customer service during working days/hours for the shipping status. Also, you always have the option to cancel the order in case you are not willing to wait beyond the mentioned delivery dates.
2. No Shipping fee will be attached to any order placed on Zapcart.in for normal order delivery. However, shipping fee maybe added to the total order value for expedited delivery. The amount of expedited shipping added to the total order value will depend on location of the delivery address provided by you while placing your order and shipping weight of the product ordered.
3. We are not responsible for non delivery of an order due to incorrect, incomplete or misleading delivery address. In such a scenario, we hold the right to deduct appropriate cancellation fee as per return and refund store policies.
4. We partner with third-party courier and logistics providers to deliver your orders. While we strive to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, we do not control the operations of these third-party service providers. Also, We shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company, including but not limited to delays arising from logistical issues, weather conditions, strikes, regulatory restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. As mentioned above estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Any delays in delivery shall not entitle the customer to claim damages, compensation, or refunds. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking shipments and coordinating with courier partners to resolve delivery issues.
6. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer (Late-Night Delivery)
By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Late-night deliveries (typically defined as deliveries scheduled after 10PM may be subject to additional delays or service limitations)
- The company shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages arising from late night deliveries made by the third party couriers.
- In certain situations, deliveries may be rescheduled to the next available time slot for safety if in case you opt not to accept the shipment late in the night after 10 PM.
