Return An Order

 

Our store is designed in such a manner that you can locate the exact product that you need fully compatible with the car model/s that you own. However, we understand that there are going to be instances where the order received by you is not up to your satisfaction and therefore, you can return any item ordered by you from our store within 7 days of delivery.  However, to be eligible for a refund, your ordered item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In case you receive a damaged product or a wrong product you must reach out to us within 24 hours of the delivery of the order. 

To help you out we may contact you to ask for your feedback or try to resolve an issue you may have with the order to avoid unnecessary effort on your part to return the ordered item.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@zapcart.in. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with return instructions. Return pickup will be provided by us but in some circumstances you might have to ship the item back to us if your address is in a remote area or not serviceable by any of our courier partners. Also, please allow us some time to arrange the return pick up as there could be operational delays due to issues faced by our courier partners in your area. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions at hiart.info@gmail.com. Once the return is approved and the returned order is received back to us kindly allow us a time frame of 5 to 8 working days  to initiate refund. Once the refund is initiated it may take up to 5 days for the refund to reflect in your credit card/bank statement.

Full refund will be provided by us if the product delivered has authenticity issues, manufacturing defects, or size issues. For all the other reasons return shipping fee will be deducted from the full refund. This amount will not exceed 15% of the product value or a maximum of 800 rupees. Minimum shipping deducted will be 50 rupees. For bulky products like bike protectors, roof rails etc. (which more than 100 cms in length) a higher fee maybe charged.

 

Cancel An Order

 

You may cancel an order any time before it is shipped by contacting us with the order details unless it is bespoke or a customised product. Again, we may contact you for your feedback and reason of cancellation. 1% cancellation fee will be deducted from the full refund in this case.

You can also cancel an order after the order is shipped and is in transit upon approval from the third party courier which could take slightly longer(3-8 days) and cancellation fee will be deducted from the full refund. Cancellation may very as per the size of the item shipped.

We are not responsible for non-delivery of an order after it is shipped due to incorrect, incomplete or misleading delivery address. In such a scenario, the order maybe cancelled by the assigned courier and we hold the right to deduct appropriate cancellation fee as mentioned above.

 

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

 

Though our careful handling of your orders and a stringent packaging process at our warehouses ensure almost zero cases of faulty/defective or damaged orders but there can always be exceptions. Therefore, we request you to raise a complaint in case you receive a damaged/faulty or defective order within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence which may include images/videos of the outer packaging, inner packaging and the product. Any query raised for damage or wrong product received beyond 24 hours will be rejected. We recommend to always make an unpacking video after receiving your order. We can reject your request for damaged or wrong product receive in absence of the order unpacking video. Please ensure the order unpacking video is complete and authentic with all sides of the outer packaging clearly visible otherwise it maybe rejected by us.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as gifts or other customised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Exchanges 

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
